Hi Maciek (and all the others for sure), I know what you mean, but we had to make some quick decisions and act also very quick to get this managed. I wrote a mail via YETI-Newsletter, which I hope gives you more details. Okay, thanks for standing by and supporting us with your help. See the report of our presentation here in Prague at the News-Section

Best regards

Cyril, Albert, Darie, Florentina, Jaromir, Jiri, Mareen, Christopher, Patrick, Rainer and all the others here in Prague who are not mentioned but also thought of.

OK people, I did manage to install software and cotact you after all. Maciek, I understand your confusion.

I hope we all can agree to include Belgium and Portugal as members of the group.

I will try to contact people by email and ask if this is OK - but if existing members have no objection perhaps they could email me, and Leo to say it is a good thing to do.

Andi, what do you think?

Best wishes to all people - Alan

Hi, to the Langen YETIs. Its hard to explain it in a short way. You should use Ivisit, but you have to install it on the YETI PC, then go to one of the shon rooms and then hope to find us there. Its that easy :-) Try it out, maybe you will make it. Probably netmeeting will work, but I have not much hope for that.

Okay, hope to see you

Hi, I'm in Banff, Canada at the moment! I hop everyone is OK.

We got a bit lost in the wilderness yesterday! We went skiing and the decided to walk back to the town we were staying in. Half way back we remembered that we didn't really know the way. Never mind, we got back in the end and it only took us 2 and a half hours! That's only half an hour longer than it should have taken!

Take care, Love, Clare

Hi Maciek, Hi Andrew Maciek, even though I'm the webmaster I do NOT know all languages. Sometimes it's even hard for me to understand what I am talking about when I speak german to me :-). We tried out some different software for having comfortable meetings. Alan and Leo are much in ivisit, Erick from France, too. He can use it from behind his firewall. He has big problems with Netmeeting to do so over his network.

But there is an other software, called Gooey, which I also would prefer to use. If you have this program installed on your computer and go to a website (don't matter which one), this program looks for other visitors who are also on this website and directly lists them up and you can start to chat with them right away. You also can send and receive data. Video is possible, too, but we couldn't figure that out. But all you have to do, is install that program.

Then we could make appointments when and where to meet (wednesday, 11:00 CET on www.yeti-net.org), and there we are.

Sounds good doesn't it.

You can find it here: http://www.hypernix.com/

Ivisit could be very helpful also, if we would like to make a multiuser videoconference, for you can have more than one to be connected to with the webcam.

But Leo and I had a connect and I found the quality of the video is quite poor. Also the configuration of the program seemed to us a little bit ... complicated, and we are looking for easy solutions to that. Anyway, we could use it.

You can find it here: http://www.ivisit.com/

Hi Andrew, what's up??? :-) Check out the news pages and you'll find a report of our meeting in Liechtenstein short ago. If you need more information, why don't you just contact Alan. I guess he would appriciate to get in contact with some "old" YETIs again ;-)

best regards sends
